How to Use the Links Feature?

The Links section allows you to add links, embedded content, files, products, and scheduling tools to your Appsha profile. This helps you organize your content in one place and make it easily accessible to your visitors.

To add or edit content, click the Edit icon (represented by the pencil symbol).

Add a Standard Link

Use this option to add:

• Website links
• Social media profiles
• Portfolio links
• YouTube videos
• Business pages

How to Add a Link

1. Click Link.
2. Enter the URL.
3. Add a title or label.
4. Upload a thumbnail image, if needed.
5. Click Save or Publish.

Your link will now appear on your public Appsha profile.

HTML Embed

The HTML Embed feature allows you to add custom embedded content.

You can use it for:

• Forms
• Widgets
• Custom code snippets
• External tools
• Embedded websites or videos

How to Use HTML Embed

1. Click HTML Embed.
2. Paste your embed code or HTML code.
3. Preview the content.
4. Click Save.

The embedded content will appear directly on your profile page.

Attachment (Pro Feature)

The Attachment feature allows visitors to view or download files directly from your profile.

• Documents
• Portfolios
• Brochures
• Presentations

How to Upload an Attachment

1. Click Attachment.
2. Upload your file.
3. Add a title and description.
4. Save the attachment.

Visitors can now access the file from your profile.

Appsha Shop (Pro Feature)

The Appsha Shop feature allows you to sell products directly from your profile using built-in payment features.

You Can Use It To

• Sell digital products
• Sell physical products
• Offer services
• Accept online payments

How to Add Products

1. Click Appsha Shop.
2. Add product details.
3. Upload product images.
4. Set pricing.
5. Publish the product.

Your customers will be able to purchase directly from your profile.

External Shop

The External Shop feature allows you to link products from external websites.

Examples

• Amazon products
• Etsy store
• Shopify products
• External ecommerce pages

How to Use It

1. Click External Shop.
2. Add your product URL.
3. Add product title and image.
4. Save the link.

Visitors will be redirected to the external store when they click the product.

Calendar

The Calendar feature helps you manage events and schedules.

You Can Use It To

• Share events
• Manage appointments
• Display schedules
• Organize meetings

How to Use Calendar

1. Click Calendar.
2. Create a new event.
3. Add event date and time.
4. Add event details.
5. Save the event.

Your visitors will be able to view upcoming events on your profile.

Calendly Integration

The Calendly feature allows visitors to book meetings directly through your profile.

How to Connect Calendly

1. Click Calendly.
2. Paste your Calendly link.
3. Save the integration.

Visitors can now book meetings directly from your Appsha page.

YouTube Embed

The YouTube feature allows you to embed YouTube videos directly on your Appsha profile, making it easy for visitors to watch your content without leaving your page.

You Can Use It To

• Showcase videos
• Share tutorials or demos
• Display product videos
• Feature interviews or presentations

How to Add a YouTube Video

1. Click YouTube.
2. Enter a Title.
3. Paste your YouTube video link.
4. (Optional) Enable Scheduling to control when the video appears on your profile.
5. Click Save.

Your YouTube video will now be embedded and displayed on your public Appsha profile.
