How to set up the Facebook Page integration
Go to Settings, then Integrations
Select Connect Facebook.
Authorize the connection
Authorize the connection using Facebook's secure sign-in process.
Select your Page
Choose the Facebook Page you want to connect. Personal profiles aren't supported.
Start publishing
Publish posts, stories, and reels, manage comments and messages, and use the unified inbox.
Data & Privacy
Reads activity on your connected Page so it can appear in your inbox.
Posts scheduled content and sends the replies you write.
Saves your drafts and conversation history, synced across devices.

Messaging policy
Replies to Facebook messages follow Meta's 24-hour messaging policy. You can respond within 24 hours of a customer's most recent message. After that, you'll need to wait until they send another message before replying.

No. Appsha only connects to Facebook Pages. If you're currently posting from a personal profile, you'll need to create or use an existing Facebook Page to connect Appsha's Social Media Management features.
Yes. Composer, scheduling, the content calendar, and the unified inbox are available on the Pro+ plan.
No. Appsha only accesses your connected Facebook Page, comments and messages on that Page specifically. It never reads your personal profile, friends list, likes, or any other account activity.
Appsha immediately stops publishing, reading comments, and syncing messages for that Page. Anything already published to Facebook stays there. Drafts and scheduled posts remain in Appsha but won't publish until you reconnect.
Comment and message data synced to Appsha is used only to power your unified inbox, it isn't sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or analytics beyond that feature.
Each Appsha profile connects to one Facebook Page at a time. If you manage multiple Pages, you can create a separate Appsha profile for each one, with its own Facebook Page connection.
