These Terms and Conditions for Payment (“Terms”) govern the payment process for all services provided by Appsha Digital (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including subscriptions and fulfillment services, which may be one-time, recurring, or include subscription-based fulfillment services. By making a payment, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”), agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the payment.
1. Payment Terms
We collect information in three main ways:

- One-time services must be paid in full before fulfillment begins.
- For recurring fulfillment services, you authorize automatic charges based on the agreed schedule.
- If a fulfillment service requires additional fees due to scope changes, you will be notified, and additional charges must be approved before proceeding.
- Certain fulfillment services may include their subscription-based pricing. By subscribing to such services, you authorize recurring payments based on the specific terms outlined for that service.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- We offer a [14-day trial period] for new subscription users. If you cancel within this period, you will not be charged.
- Refunds for one-time fulfillment services are only provided if the service has not yet been initiated.
- No refunds will be issued for completed fulfillment services.

5. Service Access and Payment Failures
- If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service until full payment is made.
- Users with unpaid balances may have limited access to features or accounts suspended.
- Fulfillment services, including subscription-based fulfillment services, will not proceed if payment has not been received or has failed.
6. Price Changes
- We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any changes will be communicated at least [30 days] in advance.
- Continued use of the service after price adjustments constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Dispute Resolution

8. Termination of Services
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to services due to non-payment, fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms of Service.
